The tensioning and buckling functions are carried out on two machines: pneumatic tensioner for steel straps, pneumatic sealer for steel straps. Simple operation, safe and reliable, packing quickly, solid, low labor intensity and improve working efficiency. There is  only one operator will be able to complete the binding strip tightening, lock, shear, and all other actions. During baling, the strap is tensioned to closely contact the surface of the goods being baled, and then is firmly buckled via buckling mechanism, followed by cutting of the strap. The baling mechanism and buckling mechanism are equipped with pneumatic and manual components, and the buckling operation of the latter is achieved by fasteners with/without seal (hot fusion, snap button). This rugged split type pneumatic baling machine  is characterized by reasonable and aesthetic design, safe and reliable performance and flexible adjustment. It relieves the operator from heavy workload, and is widely used in industry, daily life and various other applications.
